It's right in our name

Our mission is to share apps we've built for personal use to the world for free. When something is "free", that often means the user is the product but we're trying to steer clear of that mindset. We're not trying to harvest and sell your data, that's why we have no sign-up or account creation process to use our apps. We do run Google ads but we've tried to make them as inoffensive as possible: they're not personalized to you, we block sensitive ad categories we don't want associated with the site, they sit out of sight at the bottom of pages, and they're not served to you at all if you're in the UK, Switzerland or the EEA, where showing them would mean putting a cookie consent pop-up in front of you. If you really want to make a one-off contribution to support us you can, but only do so if you actually found the app useful and you're in a financial position to do so.
