Privacy

In effect since 2 October 2026. If anything here changes, the date will change with it.

The short version

There are no accounts and no sign-up, and nothing you type into a tool gets sent anywhere. The site counts page views without using cookies. The ads do set cookies of their own though, which is the only reason cookies need to be mentioned here at all.

Almost nothing we have could be used to identify you. The two exceptions are messages you send through the contact form (plus your email if you included it) and our host's server logs, which include the address each request came from and are deleted after one day. If you'd like a message you sent deleted, or you think something on this page is wrong, let us know and we'll fix it or explain.

What we collect, in detail

This website

Cookies The site doesn't set any cookies of its own and neither does our host. The only cookies come from the ads. Even though our ads are non-personalised, Google's ad system still sets cookies to stop the same ad from repeating and to catch click fraud. If you'd rather have no cookies at all, you've got two options: visitors in the UK, Switzerland and the EEA aren't shown ads so nothing gets set — we work that out from where your connection appears to be coming from and what timezone your device is set to — and if your browser blocks third-party cookies every tool still works exactly the same. Either way there's no cookie banner, because we'd rather drop the ads than put a pop-up in front of you.
Analytics We count page views so we know which tools people actually use. The counter is our host's own, it's served from this site rather than a third party, and it doesn't set anything on your device. Each page view records the page you opened, the site you came from (if any), your country, region and city, your device type, browser and operating system, and the time. It does not record your name, your IP address, or anything you type. Visits are counted using a value generated from the request that gets thrown away after 24 hours, so there's no way to follow you from one day to the next or onto other websites.
Hosting The site is hosted on Vercel. Pages are served from whichever of their locations is closest to you, but the small bit of code we run on the server (the part that fetches sports schedules) runs in the United States, so if you're in Canada your request gets answered from there.
Server logs Vercel automatically logs each request, including the address it came from, what was requested, the time, and which browser was used. On our plan those logs are deleted after one day, we don't copy them anywhere, and we only look at them when something's broken.
Fonts Served from here. Both typefaces (Public Sans and IBM Plex Mono) are open-source and stored on this site, so your browser never has to ask another company for them.
Contact form The form sends your message, plus your email address if you choose to give it. It posts directly to this site (no third-party form service, and nothing from another company loads on the page) and from there it's emailed through our mail provider, Resend, to a regular inbox belonging to the person who runs the site. It isn't stored on the site, it isn't added to any mailing list, and it's only used to reply to you. You can leave the email field blank and the message will still arrive, we just won't be able to answer.

Our Apps

We don't collect any additional data when you open our apps, download them as an HTML, or install them as a PWA. Some apps may require an internet connection to function but any data required will be explicitly stated in the app's landing page.

The formalities

Who's responsible The site is run by one person in Canada who would rather not publish their name. Anyone can reach them the same way, through the contact form. Keeping the name private doesn't change anything else on this page, and every service the site relies on is named above.
Children These are everyday utilities that aren't aimed at children. Nothing on the site asks for anyone's age, and the only personal info it ever asks for is an optional email address on the contact form.
Getting something removed Just ask. Realistically the only thing we'd have is a message you sent through the contact form, and we can delete that from the inbox it landed in. Server logs delete themselves after a day.
Where things are processed Pages are served by Vercel from whichever of their locations is closest to you, and the small amount of code the site runs on a server is in the United States. Ads, when they're shown, come from Google. Contact messages pass through Resend on their way to our inbox.
Changes The date at the top of this page gets updated whenever anything meaningful changes. If this page ever promises less than it does today, that's something worth noticing.
